Student Presentation Examples

Worried about your final presentations?  Are you still unsure of what you need to do exactly?  Check out these student presentations from around the state.  I think they will help and guide you!

Home Stretch

We are coming to the end, my friends!!!!  Today and tomorrow, you need to be putting the finishing touches on your game demos and putting together your presentations.  Please use the hand outs that I gave to you last week.  On Monday and Tuesday, we will be doing test runs on your presentations.  I will sit, informally, with each group and you will provide a basic run through on your presentation and your game.  I will give feedback.  Be ready to rock and roll on your scheduled day!!!!

Thursday, May 6, 2010

Upload the most current version of your game to your team pages.  Once you have done this, go to the user gallery and check out some of your classmates' team pages.  Read the descriptions of the initial plans, play with the different buttons and features, review their time lines, and see what your classmates have been up to.  Check out at least two other teams' pages.  Once you have looked at two pages, begin a blog post that looks, discusses, and answers the following:

Which team pages did you visit?
What is your overall constructive review?
What do they still need to work on?
What ideas might you take back to your own team page?
Does the topic of the game meet the educational requirement?
Be sure to hyperlink their team page to the blog.
Be sure to leave comments on classmates' blog posts too.

Schedule

With the help of Mrs. D Wright, the schedule for the final presentations has been solidified.  A random drawing was used to determine day and order.  Please be prepared to present on the day and during the time slot that has been assigned to your team.  Remember that guests will be there to watch your presentations.  You are a  representative of you group, your class, your school, your community, and your state!  Good luck!
